Kieran plays the offended captive so well!

He had me rolling half the time with his quick retorts and the thoughts rolling through his mind

Then there were also times my heart broke for him

He would agree to anything if it got him back home

Back to his not-so-wonderful life

Even if it meant he had to play submissive to Wulfric's demands

He definitely did not enjoy that *smirking

Wulfric was the ALPHA wolf, the clan leader

And Kieran was his mate

His sanity and his salvation

Even if he was a weak human - What were the gods thinking?

He would, however, do whatever needs be done to ensure his safety

Even if it meant chaining him to his bed

Oh the fumbling untruths we tell ourselves

This is not your normal "travel back in time" romance.

Or at least it did not feel that way to me.

The story flowed well and any WTH how did that work events are explained as the story progresses ...patience

The back-and-forth between these two - Melt my heart <3

Wulfric was such a big marshmallow when it came to Kieran.

As for Kieran seems his heart knew all along where he belonged

Auntie knew the fates needed a helping hand and she was glad to play the role of matchmaker - I liked her

The brothers grow on you, even the not-so-nice ones

Plenty of adventure and action. Some surprising revelations

and the sweetest high-heat romance between these two that does end in a HEA
