Book Summary

It’s the night of Halloween. Spooks, spiders, and skeletons abound, the full moon glows – so who is cheering, “Ho, ho, ho!”? Apparently, Santa Claus has come to town, though it’s the wrong time of year! But what could be a bad situation, is wittingly handled with humor, and there’s a new winner at this year’s Halloween parade

For fans of Room on the Broom and The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything.

Highly Recommend!
I had such a blast reading this to my granddaughter
Getting to switch up my voice for the different characters and
emphasizing the mystery and intrigue with each flip of the page

It is definitely one of her favorite books now

A lot of attention is given to the imagery
Full-color pages that allow us to interact beyond the story
Which was a fun rhythmic tale with a bit of a surprise at the end

  1. Why do kids (and most of us adults!) love Halloween and the winter holidays like Christmas? Could it be the sweet treats, the vacation time, the twinkle of mischief in the air? Yup! My intent was to capture a bit of that magic in my book. Many thanks for the feature and kind review. Sending warmest regards - and happy, spooky-fun reading days ahead!
