💭Our Thoughts

This is my first time reading this author.

Jumped right into the series in the middle of an investigation

I had no trouble following along, and the author did a great job of reintroducing characters and scenarios/backgrounds without slowing the story down

I enjoyed how everyone had a perspective - even the pets!

It was all done in a way that added so much more to the tone of the story

This was packed with chills and thrills. You never knew what he would do next or what direction the storyline would take

Lia is framed for a murder (or two).

Terrified, she goes into hiding with the hopes that she can prove her own innocence before it's too late

Her bestie, September, steps up with the assistance of her team to aid in finding the killer and proving Lia's innocence

However, the evil lurking just outside of their grasp is a much darker foe than they anticipate

The death toll begins to mount, and the clues are leading the team in circles

Can they find the killer before he strikes again?

As soon as I finished this, I went and grabbed book one in Kobo Plus

So many great characters and intertwining storylines

A must-read series!
