Sometimes survival requires we become that which we seek to escape from

For me, this leaned more toward a dark psychological thriller than a dark romance.

Don't get me wrong all kinds of unimaginable things happen to our main characters while they find ways to survive

But for me, it was the way they connected.

The moments that kept them sane

The why's

The end result

Irreversible highlights our minds' instinct to find comfort and solace during our most desperate times.

It doesn't care if the one who provides that comfort is also the one responsible for the nightmares; or another victim, such as ourselves.

It just needs contact

This is their story - their moments of contact

I am not spoiling anything and I highly suggest you go in as blind as possible to get the full impact

Also, don't let anyone pull you out of the story and into the light - trust me on that

Each turn of the page was packed with a new horror or twist you won't see coming

Little games you wish you never watched play out

I suggest you savor each moment -

Because all too soon it's over
