Paranormal Romance

Book 4 - Misfits Of New Orleans

Can love flourish where angels fear to tread and demons dare to love?

Blurb:

In the latest celestial scandal, Celeste, an angel with a library card and a knack for following the rules, finds herself in a divine pickle. Her mission: escort Bowden, the hottest incubus to ever grace or disgrace Heaven's halls, to his heavenly jail cell. But when angels start dropping their halos to hook up in the holy hydrangeas, and Celeste’s own powers start going haywire, it’s clear something’s amiss in paradise.

Bo, on the other hand, is having a hell of a time—literally. Stuck in a cell with zero power but an undying need for, well, you know, he's somehow making it work. The question is: How's an incubus getting his kicks in saintsville?

Turns out, the missing piece to this heavenly puzzle is a peace treaty between heaven and hell that's gone AWOL, threatening to kickstart an all-out celestial war in 30 days flat. The clock’s ticking, and if word gets out to the big bosses, God and Satan are going to throw a godly tantrum like no other.

Now, Celeste and Bo have to team up to find the treaty and dodge an apocalypse, all while navigating their off-the-charts chemistry. It's a race against time, spiced with angelic antics, demonic charm, and a dash of forbidden lust.

Our Thoughts:

Don't Pass this one up!

This was packed with the most vivid, jump-off-the-page personalities.
A storyline that kept me turning pages
Packed with wit and sarcasm, humor, action, and a bit of mystery
Oh, and the cherry on top was the chemistry between these two!!
Hades' level of hot

Celeste has been the epitome of an angel for the last 250 years or so. Except for her current  wee little cover-up and maybe her slight overreaction to a could-be thief; ok and also that little attraction she has to a certain Incubus that might be against angelic rules
But hey besides all that though she is quite the rule follower
In her defense have you seen said thieving Incubus...

I loved Bo's character. He played hell's Denizen so hard while trying to fight off the strange urges he had towards Celeste. He was a hard-core Incubus, and he wasn't drawn to an angel.
Especially a scrumpdillicious one who had locked him in a cell, accused him of a crime, and to whom he was now currently bonded until they figured out who was the thief

Let's be real hell and heaven don't mix. Right?
