This was a fast-paced, instant attraction, Do I or Dont I, MC Romance Novella

I had not read book one yet but I was pretty much able to follow the who's who and what's what. 

Emerson, our sweet innocent heroine, finds herself in quite the pickle

She doesn't know who to trust but she does know she needs to do something to protect her family

Enter Bear

This was a novella so everything happens fast.

I did have a touch of trouble with the ending but that is a me thing

The writing was solid and the story was easy to follow.
