This was a fast-paced read and is book 2 in the series - This is a standalone within the series. The author does a great job, however, of interconnecting the characters and their stories without too many spoilers for previous books.
Kade is in town following a hunch or maybe more like a draw from his wolf that leads him to Luna
Who may possibly be in cahoots with two very bad people who wish to steal his immortality
He wants to walk away but she calls to his wolf
Luna knows how the male species works. She's been down that road before and intended never to travel it again.
But there is just something about Kade. Maybe it is that feeling of knowing him. Or perhaps how he reflects all the qualities of her dream wolf.
This is an insta attraction, fated mates, high heat, lots of twists and suspense with a touch of mystery paranormal romance that will keep any reader engaged and entertained
