I own the original books from this series, and I admit revisiting them was an absolute joy.

Brayden, a notorious rake, if we are to believe the rumors, has returned home and found himself in a bit of a predicament. But he has no fear that he can't rein in the misguided Lady Maggie, return the women to their proper homes, and bring peace back to his brothers' lands.

Maybe he spoke a bit too soon?

For his charms do not seem to work on the Lady Maggie…
