One of our MCs is a Pygmy Hippo Therianthrope - How can one not love 😍 a cute little hippo therianthrope with a bit of a snark that shifts into a bipedal

Kaba and his family have spent their existence living as pet pygmy hippos for a "collector".
That is, until Kaba, who is an omega, fails to go into heat, resulting in Kaba's "owner" deciding to sell him to a zoo.
Miserable and frightened, Kaba fights back the only way he knows how💦
Lucky for Ryker, Kaba's spiteful streak leads to their inevitable meeting
Now, the question is, can Ryker find a way to save his mate?
Can he save the rest of the imprisoned Therianthrope?
Will P.O.O.F. help?
Will the King come to their aid?
Will there be a happily ever after?
You will have to read their story to find out!

This is such a great series.
This is the third book and has a touch more angst than the first two.
I got blurry-eyed a time or two.
But don't fret, it still has all the happy moments, lots of steamy mate time, and ends on an HEA
I suggest reading the series in order, though you do not need to
