Fearless Heart by Brighton Walsh is a steamy, enemies-to-lovers romance from Ford's POV that will keep you hooked from beginning to end. 

Quinn Cartwright and Jake Donovan have been rivals since they were teenagers, but when Quinn needs someone to marry her in order to keep her job, Jake is the only one who can help her. What starts out as a fake marriage soon turns into something much more, as Quinn and Jake are forced to confront their feelings for each other.

Walsh does an excellent job of developing the characters and their relationships. Quinn is a strong and independent woman who is not afraid to stand up for herself, while Jake is a brooding and protective man who is slowly starting to let down his guard around Quinn. The back-and-forth between these two was hilarious.  The chemistry between Quinn and Beckett was off the charts. There is so much sexual tension between them, and it's palpable from the first page.

The supporting characters are also well-developed, and I found myself rooting for them just as much as I was for Quinn and Jake.

The plot is fast-paced and full of twists and turns. I was never quite sure what was going to happen next - there were times I had to fight back my inner brat to keep her from peeking ahead.

Plenty of steam and smexy fun.

There were a couple of scenes that stretched the imagination a bit but nothing major. 

The ending felt a bit rushed - most likely a me thing.

There were a few plot holes or maybe I just missed the breadcrumbs?

A guaranteed book hangover!
