Sure there were a few of those moments that wrenched silent tears as well but hey you can't appreciate the sunshine without the occasional rain
Ben and Sienna are both recovering from some pretty bad past relationships. When Ben finds himself in need of a pair of hands and Sienna in need of a roommate they decide to work together
What are friends for?
Smothered feelings begin to grow but so do fears and doubts of a workable future
A well-crafted steamy friends to lovers romance that just left me with all those happy feels
Sienna was a bit of a dreamer -the good kind - the one who looks for the positive in most situations - that holds on to hope when things are pretty bleak - that sees the truths many miss
I Floved her character!
Ben was labeled a player, and he was, no question about it
However, it was more a self-defense mechanism than a lack of respect for the women who shared his "attention"
Then we have some of the supporting cast
Like Janell who was missing a few, or maybe all, her morals
or Johnny who plays the fool but I think there is more to his facade and am looking forward to his story
and Sienna's ex who just thought he was all that and a box of cond oms (don't worry he gets his comeuppance)
As well as so many more that brought this college romance to life
My first time with this author and this series - I will be going back to Roider and Gabby's story
